I've been cooking for too many years to mention. Many of those years, I was a vegetarian and we still happily eat the recipes I created. Now my neighbors are making my recipes with rave reviews. And so I have decided to put all my recipes into an e-book to share with you all.
It has definately been a long time coming since many of my recipes I actually did not have written down anywhere with proper amounts. It is difficult to cook using measured amounts when you are used to shaking and tossing in, but I forced myself to get the proper amounts. ;)
Some of my recipes I created, some are adapted from other recipes (which I will note), some are vegetarian, some are not but hopefully all are tasty to you.
